Before you ask

What if our process is not clearly defined yet?

That is normal, and it is what the discovery session is for. Mapping the real process is usually the most valuable part, and occasionally it shows you do not need the software you thought you did.

Can you migrate data from our existing spreadsheets?

Yes. Migration is part of launch and is scoped with the build, because the shape of the old data usually decides the shape of the new records.

What happens if discovery shows we need something bigger?

You take a quote for the difference, trim the scope to fit, or stop before kickoff. Nothing is built against a scope you have not agreed.

Can it generate documents or take payments?

Yes. Branded PDFs such as quotations, invoices and certificates, and a payment gateway such as Midtrans, are both things I have shipped. A gateway counts as the one integration.

Who maintains it after launch?

I do, under a block of hours. Or I hand over documentation and a deployment pipeline so your team can.

Who owns the source code?

You do, once the project is paid.
