Labmania Training Platform
Tasks & responsibilities
Build the end-to-end training platform: enrollment, payments, testing, grading, and certificates.
The Labmania Training Platform is a full training management and evaluation system I built for PT Labmania Indonesia Jaya. It runs the whole training lifecycle, from enrollment and payment through testing, grading, and certificates.
Background
PT Labmania Indonesia Jaya runs professional training and needed to move the entire process online: signing people up, taking payment, running pre and post tests, grading, and issuing certificates. It had to handle both individuals and corporate groups, and work for online, offline, and hybrid sessions.
The Challenge
- Automate the full training lifecycle, from enrollment to certificate
- Take online payments without locking into a single provider
- Score tests automatically, and give staff one place to grade the work that needs a person
- Issue certificates anyone can trust and verify
- Support individual and invoice-based corporate enrollment across online, offline, and hybrid modes
Solution
I built it in Laravel with a Filament admin and Livewire for the participant side. Each participant moves through the training in fixed steps: the rules, pre-test, materials, exercises, post-test, feedback, and scoring. A step opens only when the one before it is done. Individuals pay before they start; corporate participants start while their company’s invoice is settled. Tests are scored automatically, exercises are graded by staff, and the final score combines the pre-test, exercises, and post-test with weights set per training. Certificates are generated as branded PDFs with a QR code that links to a public verification page.
Payments sit behind a provider-agnostic gateway. The platform launched on Xendit and moved to Midtrans in June 2026, and the switch was confined to the payment layer.

Results
Nearly Rp 1 billion
collected since launch, with 660+ paid enrollments in just 4 months
Paid enrollments per month
- Corporate
- Individual
Before the platform, Labmania ran training by hand. Registrations came in through WhatsApp and Google Forms, staff checked every transfer receipt themselves, tests were taken on paper, and each certificate was designed one at a time in PowerPoint or Canva. All of that now runs in one system, which their team has used every day since June 2026. Staff still grade exercises that no answer key can score, sign off final scores, and confirm company invoices. In a review meeting, Labmania’s project lead thanked me for taking that manual work off their team.
- Certificates anyone can verify by scanning a QR code
- One system serving both individual learners and corporate groups
- A payment provider change, from Xendit to Midtrans, with enrollment and grading left untouched
