Build the end-to-end training platform: enrollment, payments, testing, grading, and certificates.
The Labmania Training Platform is a full training management and evaluation system I built for PT Labmania Indonesia Jaya. It runs the whole training lifecycle, from enrollment and payment through testing, grading, and certificates.
Background
PT Labmania Indonesia Jaya runs professional training and needed to move the entire process online: signing people up, taking payment, running pre and post tests, grading, and issuing certificates. It had to handle both individuals and corporate groups, and work for online, offline, and hybrid sessions.
The Challenge
- Automate the full training lifecycle, from enrollment to certificate
- Take online payments cleanly, without locking into a single provider
- Score tests fairly with shuffled questions, weighted scoring, and graded essays
- Issue certificates anyone can trust and verify
- Support individual and invoice-based corporate enrollment across online, offline, and hybrid modes
Solution
I built it in Laravel with a Filament admin and Livewire for the interactive parts. Payments go through Midtrans behind a provider-agnostic gateway, tests are auto-scored, essays are graded manually, and certificates are generated as branded PDFs with a QR code that links to a public validation page.
