PT Catur Elang Perkasa
Tasks & responsibilities
Turn an HTML template into a WordPress theme with a blog
Mightee is the WordPress theme behind caturelang.com, which I built as Web Engineer at PT Catur Elang Perkasa.
Background
PT Catur Elang Perkasa provides civil, mechanical and electrical construction services: EPC, construction, operation and maintenance, and investment. From December 2021 to February 2024 I worked in its Digital Marketing team, first as Web Programmer and then as Web Engineer, looking after the websites of the holding group.
The Brief
The design started from an HTML template, and the company wanted the site to become dynamic, with a blog. I built it on WordPress.
What I Did
- Turned the template into a custom WordPress theme, Mightee, with templates for the front page, pages, posts, the blog, search, and 404.
- Replaced the template’s sample content with the company’s services, certificates, clients, and project portfolio, including a projects grid filtered by EPC, Construction, O&M, and Investment.
- Built breadcrumbs and child-page navigation from the WordPress page hierarchy.
- Added the Team Structure page and the contact form.
- In January 2024, reworked the homepage slider, loaded fonts through WordPress, removed inline styles, and made images scale with the layout.

While I was there I also built and maintained these websites: Catur Elang Energi, PT Wahana Adya, PT Adika Tirta Daya, PT Karya Prima Putera Perkasa, Aviat, HealThings, PrimaDoc, C-Fishery, and Kayotee.
