• One discovery session, written up as a spec naming every screen and record type before anything is built.
• Up to 8 primary screens, holding up to 5 straightforward record types within that same limit — the two work together.
• Standard add, view, edit, delete, search and filter, plus simple links between records.
• One login system with up to 2 kinds of user — for example staff and administrator.
• A responsive interface on an established UI system, styled to your brand.
• One integration using a documented API, for one agreed one-way flow of data.
• Deployed to your hosting, in one environment.
• Two rounds of revisions before launch.
• 30 days of post-launch defect support.

What “approved” means

I share the finished app on a private staging link. Once you have reviewed it and confirmed it is what you asked for, that is approval: the remaining 50% is due, and it goes live on your hosting.

If I do not hear back, approval also happens automatically seven business days after I deliver the staging app and tell you in writing that it is ready. If you tell me within that time that something does not match the agreed scope, the clock pauses until I have fixed it. Approving does not waive hidden defects, and it does not shorten your post-launch support — and the balance is never charged automatically; you always pay it yourself through a link I send.

Those limits are what the fixed price covers. If the discovery session shows you need something larger, you can take a quote for the difference, trim it to fit, or cancel before kickoff with your deposit refunded in full.

Not included — all still possible, just quoted separately

• Complex approval workflows, advanced calculations, reporting dashboards, real-time features, or running several organisations from one system.
• A design system built from scratch — the package styles an established UI system to your brand.
• Two-way sync, real-time processing, or integrating an undocumented API.
• Bulk import, cleanup or migration of your existing data. You supply representative sample data to build against.
• Native mobile apps for the App Store or Play Store.
• Ongoing hosting, monitoring or maintenance — available separately as a retainer.
• Third-party costs: hosting, domains, paid APIs, service subscriptions.
