What “approved” means

I share the finished site on a private staging link. Once you have reviewed it and confirmed it is what you asked for, that is approval: the remaining 50% is due, and the site goes live on your domain.

If I do not hear back, approval also happens automatically seven business days after I deliver the staging site and tell you in writing that it is ready. If you tell me within that time that something does not match the agreed scope, the clock pauses until I have fixed it. Approving does not waive hidden defects, and it does not shorten your post-launch support — and the balance is never charged automatically; you always pay it yourself through a link I send.

Not included

• Writing your copy or entering large amounts of content — you provide the text and images.
• Custom plugin or feature development.
• An online store / WooCommerce — see the Business package.
• Ongoing maintenance, available separately as a retainer.
